01. Aplicación de tecnología robótica para mejorar la independencia de personas mayores en sus hogares

02. Desarrollo e investigación sobre sistemas de telepresencia robótica que permitan prolongar la vida independiente y la interacción social de las personas mayores. Este sistema está concebido para que un familiar, cuidador, o profesional sanitario pueda realizar una visita virtual al domicilio del usuario, experimentando una interacción muy similar a la que se obtendría mediante una visita física convencional.

03. Desarrollo de sistemas de navegación automática y segura en entornos reducidos, así como sistemas de interacción amigable con personas mayores con cierta fragilidad cognitiva que vivan solas en sus domicilios. Dicha interacción trata de paliar la sensación de soledad contribuyendo a la independencia y bienestar de los usuarios.

04. Desarrollo e investigación en redes de sensores y algoritmos para sensar la actividad en el entorno, así como parámetros fisiológicos de personas (paciente crónico, de riesgo, en rehabilitación, etc.), a efectos de mantener su seguimiento y control por parte de profesionales de la salud pública (médicos, enfermeros, asistentes sociales, etc.).
